Are you worried about your emotional young tween?
Our workshop is designed to empower children and families with the tools they need to build resilience, confidence, and mindfulness in their daily lives. Through a series of fun and interactive activities, kids will learn how to manage stress, build self-esteem, and develop a positive outlook on life.

An Empowering Kids journal is included to help create positive mindset habits at home. The workshop is facilitated by Marrielle Monte, a certified Happiness and Mindfulness Coach and author of the
Award- Winning children's book Magic Thinking for Kids.
